Ingredient;
1 cup grated coconut
1 tablespoon chana dhal
1 green chili
Salt to taste
1 tspn urad dhal
1 tspn mustard seed
Curry leave
Little bit of coriander leave
Oil
Preparation:
- Coconut, Chana dhal, green chili, coriander and salt grind it with water.
- Heat an oil, add mustard seed.
- Then urad dhal. Finish it with add curry leave.
- Pour into the coconut batter.
- Serve with dosa or idli.
