The chicken is traditionally cooked in a tandoor, but can also be grilled, roasted or pan fried. The sauce, is made by heating and mixing buttertomato puree,Khoa and various spices, often including cuminclovescinnamoncorianderpepper,fenugreek and fresh cream. Cashew paste can also be added, and will make the gravy thicker. Of all the spices added to the dish it is dried fenugreek leaves (Urdu/Hindi: Qasuri Methi) that makes the greatest contribution to the characteristic flavour of the dish. 

Once the sauce is prepared, the prepared chicken is chopped and cooked until the gravy and chicken have blended. The dish may be garnished with white butter, fresh cream, sliced green chillies and Qasuri Methi. I'm just share you few picture how i cook the chicken butter. Enjoy 

Grill the chicken which marinated with butter chicken spice - well done cooked 

heat oil together with butter then add garlic and curry leave


Pour tomato gravy into garlic. Before it, just boil the tomato  and peel the skin. Grind it together with cardamom

Let is simmer. The gravy will become thick.

meanwhile, just grill the chicken until well done cook.

Pour the gravy into the chicken

let it simmer, then add cup of fresh cream

garnish with cilantro

taste it with salt and sugar

That's it.. I will keep trying and practice to cook this butter chicken until satisfy the taste..
